Stand-alone user bands from the previous site: Bronze 1–5 system / 1–20 customer users, 2 GB, 5 hours support; Silver 1–20 / 1–50, 5 GB, 8 hours; Gold 1–50 / 1–100, 10 GB, 15 hours; Platinum 1–100 / 1–200, 20 GB, 25 hours.
