A job card in Nexxus is the live record of work — not a scan of a triplicate pad. When a hoist stops in Bay 3, the card is opened against that crane, that client, and a job number that invoices and certificates will reuse. Technicians see what was requested; the office sees what was actually done.
Hours, parts, and notes stay on the card as the job moves from open to closed to invoiced. Nothing is retyped into a second system. Open the operations screen and click a job to see the same layout the workshop uses.
