Hours against the job.
Technicians, workshop, commercial
Hours are logged against the job, the equipment, and the type of work — not a weekly blob on a timesheet pad. Filters by client, crane, and date mean you can see what a breakdown actually cost in labour before the invoice is raised.
Because the same hours feed invoicing, the commercial desk does not re-key what the technician already captured. Clients can also see time sheets on their portal when that is part of the agreement.
