Nexxus is the web-based operations system from RGM Cranes. It runs the workshop, stores, compliance, and commercial desk from a browser — the same register the floor uses.
It was not designed as a generic job-card app. RGM Cranes builds and services overhead cranes. Nexxus is the system that plant uses: job cards, lifting certificates, stock, tools, PPE, invoices, and client portals on one login.
That is why the modules match a live crane shop instead of a template: inspections by term, load tests, picking slips, tool check-in/out, and certificates generated from the register — not typed again in Word.
In production
Nexxus is used on live lifting sites, not only as a brochure. The screens on this site are the layout the workshop already works in.
One plant, one login
Workshop, stores, office, and clients see the same jobs and certificates. Roles change the screens, not the facts.
South African built
RGM Cranes is based in Apex, Benoni. Branches in Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and Rustenburg.
