These terms apply to this public Nexxus website, operated by RGM Cranes. They do not replace a software licence, support contract, or quotation for Nexxus as used in a plant.

What you may do

You may browse the pages, watch the videos, and send a walkthrough or contact request. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or present our screenshots and film as your own product.

Product descriptions

Modules, videos, and sample screens describe Nexxus as it runs for lifting operations. Features, names, and layout can change. A walkthrough is the way to confirm what you would actually get.

Enquiries

Sending a form is a request to talk, not an order. Do not send confidential plant data, passwords, or personal information about other people in the message box.

Editors

Sign-in on this site is only for people RGM Cranes has allowed to edit copy, videos, and images. It is not access to a customer Nexxus plant.

Liability

This website is provided as information. RGM Cranes is not liable for decisions taken only from these pages. Use of Nexxus in operations is governed by the agreement signed for that plant.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of Gauteng have jurisdiction.
