Issued from Nexxus, as a PDF.

Certificates are generated on the Nexxus Management System — the line that prints at the foot of the PDF. The certificate number, the equipment, the client, the inspection date, and the safe-to-use finding all come from the live register.
There is no assembling a document in Word after the visit. Open the operations screen, switch to Certificates, and you are looking at the same record that prints.
